Project description
We deign and introduce the HH model attending to the WHO parameters,aligned with HPH (International Health Promoter Hospital network and health services). The participant hospitals introduce to their diary practice health promotion activities for staff, patients and the community.
HH and the health promotion are an essential part of the healthcare process and is closely related to the clinical, educational, behavioral and organizational aspects. Providing health workers tools, abilities and actions, all integrated into a strategic plan to reinforce and continuously improve their daily lives.
The stakeholders are turn into co-designers in this new program that improves agents and participants’ health of the ones involved in the sanitary system.
